Payment and Insurance: The fee for an initial assessment is $180.00 and subsequent 55 minute sessions are $180.00. Payment is required at the time of service. Dr. McGarrahan requires that all clients keep a credit card on file but will accept cash, check or credit card payment.
Please note: Dr. McGarrahan DOES NOT accept insurance and is considered an out-of-network provider. Dr. McGarrahan's office can provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company but DOES NOT guarantee that services will be covered. Please confirm all mental health benefits with your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy: Dr. McGarrahan requires 24 hours advance notice of cancellation. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be charged the full fee.
